• The first Padmashali Youth Conference was held in Hyderabad on September 13, 14, and 15, 1929, as part of the All India Padmashali Grand Conference. It was presided over by Sri Pendem Venkataramulu (Cheeral).
• In September 1937, the second All India Padmashali Youth Conference took place in Kambam, Besthwarapupeta, Kurnool district, under the leadership of Sri Guntaka Narsayya Pantulu.
• The third Youth Conference was held in conjunction with the All India Padmashali Seventh Grand Conference in Ahobilam, Kurnool district, on March 1, 2, and 3, 1939, and was presided over by Sri Guntaka Narsayya Pantulu.
• On May 16, 17, 18, and 19, 1941, the fourth Youth Conference was held in Sholapur, in connection with the 8th All India Padmashali Grand Conference.
• Due to the impact of World War II, the emergence of India’s independence, and significant political changes, the enthusiasm for youth leadership in Padmashali conferences began to wane.
• After a long hiatus of 40 years, the All India Padmashali Youth Conference was revived.
• On December 19 and 20, 1980, the Padmashali Youth Conference was held in Bengaluru, alongside the All India Padmashali Grand Conference, under the leadership of Sri Chilavari Prahlada.
• During the meeting, discussions focused on unemployment eradication, the spread of education, and social awareness. Youth from various parts of the country actively participated.
• During this meeting, the All India Youth Association was formed. Sri Rachha Sharath from Ahmadnagar was elected as the president, and Sri Ramakrishna from Andhra Pradesh was appointed as the secretary.
• On March 7 and 8, 1987, youth conferences were held in Hyderabad as part of the All India Padmashali Grand Conference, with Padmashali youth participating from all over the country.
• The conference was presided over by Sri Kamatam Ravindra (B.E., M.B.A.) from Mumbai, and several educated figures, including Sri Sharath Rachha, Sri Vijay Yengalwar, Sri Vasantha Swami, Sri Addagattla Prabhakar, Sri Manasa Chennappa, Sri N. Lakshminarayana, Sri Pulijala Raghavendra, and Sri Vithal Lakshman Bhandari, gave speeches.
The following resolutions were passed at that youth conference:
• Only those under 35 years of age should represent the Padmashali Youth Associations.
• Talented Padmashali youth in sports, education, and handloom sectors should be given awards and incentives.
• Community marriage events should be organized under the youth associations in respective regions, and donations should be collected locally.
• The issue of dowry should be addressed and resolved.
• A blood donation and education fund should be established.
• Padmashali ITI and vocational classes should be organized.
• The All India Padmashali Youth Association’s executive committee was formed during this session.
• Sri Addagattla Prabhakar was elected as the president, with Sri Kamatam Ravindra and Sri Manasa Chennappa as the general secretaries, and Sri Sangishetti Ravi Kumar as the treasurer.
• Sri Vithal Lakshman Bhandari, Sri Lakshman K. Gorantyal, Sri Kolanu Krishna, and Sri Lakshman Ramachandra Kanchi were appointed as vice presidents, while Sri Ganesh Ramayya, Sri Racharla Yadgiri, Sri Prakash Kumar Ballevar, and Sri M. Narasimhamaurthi were appointed as secretaries.
