• The All India Padmashali Association is guided by Acharya Konda Lakshman Bapuji.
• One president is elected to represent the association, and 14 vice presidents, four general secretaries, one treasurer, several joint secretaries, and committee members are also appointed to ensure representation from all regions.
The All India Padmashali Association is organized into 19 distinct sections:

• All the above committees operate under the central authority of the All India Padmashali Association. The chairpersons of these committees serve as members of the Working Committee of the central organization.
• Members of the central working committee are also appointed from regional organizations, continuing their role in the central committee.
• The establishment of regional organizations was proposed and agreed upon during the Fifth Grand Padmashali Conference. These regional assemblies took place in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on April 16, 17, and 18, 1971.
